WHO ARE YOUR NEW BEST FRIENDS?
Who are your new best friends? Have you ever heard the saying that for every house built 10 new jobs are created. I heard that on NPR or something.
You know what, it sounds about right. Your house and email are about to be invaded with new guests all clamoring for your attention.
Some are going to be your friend. Some you will hope are not there when you show up. Some you will to have to answer to.
I am going to go through all the players on the team. All the cogs in the wheel that will get this project moving and keep it going until you are happy and moved in.

With any luck you will not need that last trade. Or maybe only at the beginning of the project because I’m sure you have all your contracts in place before you get too deep in with your new circle of friends.
The last thing I wanted to say is
“Get to know the people that are going to be working on your home. There are some extremely talented craftsmen that take a lot of pride in their work. They would love to know that you appreciate all they are doing to make your home awesome!”
